Today, I’m introducing you to BlogTour KBIS sponsor Wellborn Cabinet, Inc. They are based in Alabama, USA, and are a family-owned business that has been crafting cabinetry for over 50 years. They offer dozens of door styles, paint and stain colours and every accessory you can think of to transform your kitchen into one that is highly efficient and reflects your style.
At KBIS, Wellborn unveiled their new frameless line of cabinetry called Aspire, inspired by European cabinetry. It definitely has a sleek, contemporary look:
Everyone loved the mirror with pullout in this bathroom vignette (part of the Aspire line) featured at the show:
At KBIS, Wellborn also introduced a line of grey paints and stains called the Nature Collection. The base cabinets (photo below) are painted in Tensile and the hood is stained in Tungsten, two of the new colours. I can see the aesthetic below working well in a cottage or farmhouse but you could also paint/stain a more modern looking door style for a completely different look.
I was drawn to this vignette at their KBIS booth. White kitchens are always a classic choice:
However, if you aren’t afraid of colour, Wellborn offers ColorInspire (Estate collection) where you can choose from thousands of colours from various paint manufacturers. Bunny Williams designed this pantry for the 2015 Charlottesville Idea House using Wellborn cabinetry painted what looks to be a gorgeous teal colour.
Remember this kitchen from the 2016 Southern Living Idea House? Yes, it’s Wellborn cabinetry painted Sherwin Williams Evergreens and designed by Bill Ingram.
And I just love this modern take on a butler’s pantry in their Gloss Marine colour which I shared on Instagram. The steel counter and door trim adds to the modern look and the many accessories make it highly functional:
You can customize your drawers and cabinets with drawer dividers and pull out shelves and drawers so that every inch is used and storage is maximized:

Definitely take a look at Wellborn if you are planning a kitchen renovation. I have since found out that they have dealers throughout the US and one dealer in Canada (Edmonton area) who can ship anywhere in the country.
Thank you Wellborn for hosting us at your booth. And thank you Modenus for inviting me on my second KBIS BlogTour. Stay tuned for more posts tomorrow!
