If you follow me on Instagram, you may have seen my post and stories highlighting BLANCO’s new Concrete Gray colour earlier this year at IDS (the Interior Design show.)
Concrete Gray is the latest addition to BLANCO’s Silgranit colour palette and realistically mimics the look of concrete, featuring subtle dark specks which depict the material’s natural elements and imperfections.
This new Silgranit colour is a fresh shade of grey and a softer mid-tone when compared to BLANCO’s other SILGRANIT greys – Metallic Gray, Truffle, and Cinder.
Concrete Gray is a flat, matte colour that works easily with a number of cabinetry and counter colours. It acts as the perfect neutral. Design tip: grey hues offer a calming accent and you can layer it throughout your kitchen to enhance depth and interest.
Silgranit sinks are a beautiful and functional alternative to stainless steel. They are durable and resistant to scratches, heat and impact and do not absorb bacteria or odours. Silgranit can withstand very high temperature levels and extreme temperature fluctuations between hot and cold. It is a patented material made of up to 80% natural granite and the sinks are manufactured right here in Canada.

Blanco has been my go to for sinks or years. I have one in my own kitchen and used one in my sister’s kitchen renovation as well. I recently used a Silgranit sink in a project and can’t wait to share the professional photos when they are done.

So what do you think? Are you loving the new Concrete Gray silgranit colour?

September 28, 2020Hi, I’m torn between the concrete gray and the metallic gray sink. I have Minuet quartz. I also am interested in what finish faucet would go better with each. Thanks for your opinion.
