Good morning! Just stopping by to wish you a wonderful Mother’s Day.<\/p>\n

I know I said I would be back with a post last Wednesday but a half dozen new clients (+ many others already on the roster), an evening in Emergency resulting in an upcoming surgery for my daughter and an out-of-town dance competition (where M couldn’t compete but we went to cheer on her team) all meant that there was not a minute to blog.<\/p>\n

\u00a0But I would be remiss if I didn’t stop by to say Happy Mother’s Day to all of you and to my Mom, step mom (she loathes that term, so sorry if you are reading this S!) and mother in law. Love all three of you to pieces!<\/p>\n

We took my Mom out to dinner last night and then went for a long walk.\u00a0 She will be 80 next year and she is in amazing shape. She walks daily, swims and does zumba a few times a week. She motivates me! And I think\/hope she is one of those people who live to be beyond 100. (She does not want her photo shown.)<\/p>\n

As for today,\u00a0 my daughter asked me what I wanted to do and I said I am dying to get to Aberfoyle (outdoor antique market) and she said she would love to go with me. I love that she enjoys one of my favourite past times. So that’s where I am heading to now followed by brunch.<\/p>\n

Oh, and I pinned this quote<\/a> a year ago and as a Mom of a tween girl, I cannot tell you how true and important this quote is. I am lucky in that M tells me everything (or at least I think she does) and I try to make a point of\u00a0 “looking up” and giving her my undivided attention daily.<\/p>\n
