I&#8217;m an Interior Decorator living in Milton, ON (Canada) sharing my work and inspiration here and on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/decorhappy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Instagram. <\/a>This is week four of the One Room Challenge, where I am redecorating my daughter&#8217;s bedroom in five weeks.\u00a0 I have about ten days until the photographer arrives to shoot the space. But this is a fairly simple project (unlike some of my fellow bloggers\/designers who are renovating kitchens, bathrooms etc.) so I&#8217;m hopeful it will all come together. I decided to make some additional changes and link up to the One Room Challenge as a much needed distraction at this time (see my earlier posts.)\u00a0 After looking at a number of grey paint colours, some that were too blue, too green or too cold, we settled on one of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hgtv.ca\/blog\/the-best-paint-colours-for-every-room\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">my favourites<\/a>, Benjamin Moore Stonington Grey HC-170. Sometimes drapes are dust collectors and my daughter has a dust allergy so taking them down is also a healthier choice. (All of that drywall dust on the floor, remnants of the popcorn ceiling being removed, will be gone asap.)\u00a0 My<a href=\"http:\/\/www.crystorama.com\/crystorama-broche-6-light-matte-white-pendant-chandelier_5609.aspx#.VyGSyHqYKj2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> new light fixture<\/a> should arrive tomorrow and I&#8217;m so excited to get it installed.<\/p>\n<p>I still need to put the room back together, install the headboard, hang art and style the room pretty in the next week or so. I plan on making an accessories run soon for a few more white pieces and storage containers.
